Containing all four Series of the early 1970s sitcom about the trials and tribulations facing newly married couple Walter (Wilfred Pickles) and Ada (Irene Handl), who are in their 70s. Series One Episodes include: 'The Widower', 'Sunday Tea', 'The Permissive Society', 'The Football Match', 'Another Man' and 'Spring'. Written by Vince Powell and Harry Driver (Nearest and Dearest, Never Mind the Quality, Feel the Width). Series Three sees the newly married couple return from their honeymoon to begin their new life together as man and wife. But they soon realise that you can never really get to know a person until you live with them... In Series Four they are happily married and truly settled at their home in Cemetery Lodge. But life is never uneventful for the Bingleys. In this final series Ada becomes a grandmother, Cemetery Lodge has a restless spirit, and they both discover that the Eternal Triangle is no respecter of age…
